The services we provide offer flexibility, independence and convenience for you or your family member. Client can be transitioned back home from a nursing facility if the client meets certain program criteria.
Our Approach
Caregiver Screening & Training Program
Background Check
Caregivers must pass a criminal background check.
Motor Vehicle Screening
Caregiver must pass motor vehicle screening.
Age
Caregiver must be over 18.
Tuberculosis Test
Caregiver must pass Tuberculosis test (TB) .
Emergency Help
Caregivers are CPR/1st aid certified.
Legal
Caregivers must be legal to work in the United States.
Education
Caregivers receive 12 hours of annual continuing education in the home health field.
New Employee Orientation
Must complete an extensive New Employee Orientation upon hire.
