Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our client’s by being advocates and agents in maintaining their independence, dignity, and wellbeing through a variety of support options. As a Personal Care Service and Respite provider we constantly strive to be a premiere performing organization in the state of New Mexico.
As a provider of Personal Care Services for the Medicaid recipients of New Mexico. We feel it is our duty to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care that enables their independence at home. We recognize our role as stewards of Federal and State monies and ensure that NM taxpayer funds are being utilized efficiently and effectively in attaining positive health outcomes and needed supports for those in our community.

About Who We Are
Enchanted Care Solutions, LLC was founded by owner and Chief Executive Officer Anthony M. Leon in 2003. Mr. Leon has a master’s degree in business administration and over twenty years of executive experience in the field of Community Based Programs. Over the years Mr. Leon has seen the state Medicaid program transition from a fee for service program into a managed care program via four Medicaid redesign transitions. Throughout all these years, Mr. Leon’s commitment to the merits of our safety net programs and vitality they can bring to the health and safety of our vulnerable and underrepresented populations is stronger than ever.
